David and I went away with my parents to a resort in New York last week, and it was heaven! We had a great time just relaxing and sitting by the pool and playing. We went to Peek 'n Peak, which is a ski/golf/spa resort not far from Erie. It only took us about 2.5 hours to get there and we didn't hit any traffic either way. Here are some pictures of the resort...

Our condo was beautiful with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fireplace, deck off the living room and so much peace and quiet. The resort offers skiing in the winter, and all that comes with that. However, the summer has even more activities. There was an indoor and outdoor pool, the 115 foot slide, hot tubs inside and out, saunas, a play zone (kind of like Dave and Busters), miniature golf (I think we could all go pro now), a tennis court, and bicycles. There is so much more, I could be here all day! There were 6 restaurants on site and they were all wonderful! All in all, it was a great drama free, relaxing get-a-way!
